I’m a self-taught potter, and addicted to clay. I love the feel, the texture and the endless creative possibilities that clay gives you from making a pinch pot, wheel throwing to sculpture and everything in between. Clay can be gritty, smooth, white, buff and even black, giving me endless possibilities to explore.

I use stoneware clay which I fire to over 1260°c. It is hardwearing and less liable to chipping than other clays such as earthenware or porcelain. I make my glazes from quality materials, they are ovenproof, microwave safe, food safe and dishwasher proof. My glaze colours are blue, green and turquoise/sea green.

I create functional pottery at affordable prices and my work will be on display and available to buy. I will be demonstrating on my potters wheel throughout the weekend.
