May 17, 2026 11:00 AM 4:00 PM

Price: Free

Address: Gostrey Meadow, South Street, Farnham, GU9 7RN
Event Details

Step into the endangered craft of traditional stained glass. Guided by Surrey Artist of the Year 2014 Rachel Mulligan, participants will paint and engrave mouth-blown coloured glass inspired by patterns found in Farnham’s architecture and landscape. Learn how line, light and colour work together in this centuries-old process. Your contribution will be kiln-fired and assembled into a collaborative public window, leaving a lasting mark on Farnham’s craft story.

Find us in the World Craft Town gazebo at the Farnham Wellbeing & Sustainability Festival.

Delivered by New Ashgate Gallery in partnership with Farnham Town Council. Supported by South Street Trust.
