Two 'Harp' Forms by Jim Robinson

Jim returns to The Red Cube Gallery after his two wonderful shows last year. Here he presents two ‘harp’ forms created from wood salvaged from a Farnham Hotel’s vaulted ceiling which he then strung with various heavy duty copper wire which have taken on a beautiful verdigris patina, standing in the rain in his amazing garden. The garden, in central Farnham, is adorned with such considered and evocative creations. He works largely from our community’s castoffs but also collects from sales and during his travels in the Indian Subcontinent and the Far East. He sells small finds and smaller creations at car boot sales.
